2.  Sign TA
3.  Pay Security Deposit
4.  Pay Rent in exchange for Keys and Handover ( min 2 days before u takeover).
5.  Pay Stamp Duty Fee
6.  Pay One Year Air Con Quarterly Service Contract Fee for one year lease

     Pay Two Years Air Con Quarterly Service Contract Fee for two years lease

     Pay Three Years Air Con Quarterly Service Contract Fee for three years lease.

7.  Online Fix Appointment to Turn On Utilities - Power Supply.
